is Bacopa Monniera?
Bacopa
Monniera is a herb common to India and the tropics which exhibits

hypothyroidism.
Can
Bacopa Monniera help cancer sufferers?
No
human clinical trials have been reported. However in vitro research
is promising. It appears that Bacopa saponin fractions have the
ability to inhibit DNA replication in cancerous cell lines.
Is
Bacopa Monniera safe for all users?
Bacopa
has been used for thousands of years and has been tested thoroughly
by Western researchers over the last 20 years. To date no negative
side effects have come to light. Bacopa has been seen to react
adversely with the phenothiazine
family of drugs and, consequently, those using this medication are
advised to desist from Bacopa supplementation.
What
is the recommended dosage for Bacopa Monniera?
The
recommended dose for adults is 200-400 mg per day in divided doses.
For children the daily recommendation is 100-200 mg per day in
divided doses.
